Data retention

When a customer account is closed, personal data is deleted unless it needs to be retained for legal reasons (e.g. accounting, consumer claims).

For guest checkouts, order history is stored for 3 years.

Data related to payments and disputes is stored until the limitation period expires (3 years).

Accounting-related data is stored for 7 years as required by law.

Deletion of data

To request deletion of your data, please contact our customer support via email. We will respond within one month and confirm the expected deletion date.

Data transfer

Requests to transfer data will be answered within one month. We may ask for identity verification and inform you of any applicable limitations.
