Shopping at the ID HOME online store is easy and flexible. Our goal is to help every customer find the right furniture and make the ordering process as smooth as possible. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to assist — by phone, email, or directly at our showroom in Tallinn.

1. Ordering through the online store

To place an order through our e-shop, just follow these steps:

1. Choose the product you like and add it to your shopping cart.

2. Go to the cart page and fill in your contact details (full name, phone number, email address, delivery address).

3. Select your preferred delivery and payment options, then confirm your order.

Before checkout, you’ll see the full price of your order, including taxes and any additional fees (like home delivery).

Many of our products are made to order, based on your preferences (size, mechanism, fabric). These items follow special payment and delivery terms. You can read more about this in our terms of sale.

If you’re not sure about something, feel free to reach out by email or phone — or click the “Ask about this product” button on the product page to send a quick question about price, delivery or materials.

2. If online ordering is not possible

Some products can’t be purchased directly through the online store (for example: custom-made items, large projects or bundled sets). In that case, we’ll prepare a personal offer or invoice, whether you’re a private customer or a business.

In such cases, our team will:

• give you detailed advice on available options (e.g. fabric, size, delivery time),
• manually process your order if needed,
• agree on payment terms — typically with a 50% deposit when confirming the order, and the remaining amount before delivery.

Our general e-shop conditions don’t apply to such orders, but everything is still handled according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia, based on a valid purchase agreement (e.g. confirmed by email or in writing).

3. Consultation and showroom visit

If you’d like to see the product before ordering or browse fabric samples in person, you’re welcome to visit our showroom in Tallinn (Peterburi tee 46, 3rd floor). Visits are by appointment, so we can give you our full attention.

At the showroom, you can:

• explore and feel different finish and fabric samples,
• see a few product examples,
• look through our print catalogs and get personal recommendations.
