Below you’ll find an overview of our delivery terms within Estonia and other EU countries.

1. Delivery within Estonia

Tallinn and Harju County:

• Free delivery is available within Tallinn and Harju County, up to the entrance of the building.
  Bringing furniture inside, carrying it to upper floors, or using special equipment (e.g. a crane) is not included in the standard service and must be arranged separately if needed.

• Free pickup is available from our Tallinn warehouse:
  Punane 42, Ladu 23, 13619 Tallinn, Estonia
  By prior arrangement.

Other parts of Estonia:

• Orders up to 80 kg – delivery fee is €69 (standard delivery).

• Larger orders – delivery terms are agreed individually.

Smaller items that fit into parcel machines (Omniva, Itella) are delivered free of charge across Estonia.

2. International orders (European Union)

We offer delivery to all EU countries.

• Orders over €5000 – delivery is included in the price.

• For smaller orders, delivery costs are calculated individually after the order is placed.

• Customers may also pick up goods from our warehouse:
  Punane 42, Ladu 23, 13619 Tallinn, Estonia
  Upon request, we can assist with organising international delivery via our logistics partner.

• After the order is placed, we’ll get in touch to confirm shipping details, timing, and — if needed — provide a price quote.

3. Furniture assembly and carrying

All ID HOME furniture is delivered disassembled and in original packaging.

If needed, we can help you find a reliable partner who provides assembly and/or carrying services.

In the Tallinn and Harju area, we work with an experienced company, Kolimisrõõm OÜ, which offers:

• Transport and home delivery

• Furniture assembly and installation

• Removal and disposal of old furniture

4. Delivery clarification

Before dispatch, we always confirm delivery time and conditions with the customer.

If your building has no lift, narrow staircases, or other access limitations (e.g. heavy items can’t fit through), please let us know in advance.
