Sometimes the furniture arrives at our warehouse before you’re ready to receive it: the renovation is still ongoing, the property isn’t handed over yet, or the move is scheduled later.
In such cases, we offer a short-term or long-term furniture storage service.

7 days of free storage

• Once your order arrives at the ID HOME warehouse, we store it for free for up to 7 calendar days
• During this time, you can plan the delivery and assembly date
• From day 8 onwards, a fee of €3 per item per day applies
• If long-term storage is required, we will arrange the terms individually in advance

   

Long-term storage at Kolimisrõõm warehouse

If you won’t be ready to receive the order within the next few weeks, we can store it at our reliable partner’s facility — Kolimisrõõm in Tallinn.
This is a warm, dry and secure warehouse with convenient access.

Storage starts from 1 month.
Conditions and pricing depend on the volume and duration of storage, and whether extra services like delivery or assembly are needed.

When this service is especially useful

• Your home is not ready yet, but the furniture is already ordered
• You want to finish renovation before installing the furniture
• The furniture is bought in advance (e.g. as a gift or for a project)
• The order consists of multiple parts that need to be delivered together

   

We store not only new furniture

We can also help store existing furniture for our clients — for example, during renovation, relocation or restructuring. If you’re an ID HOME client, we’ll help find the best solution and organize the service within the options offered by Kolimisrõõm.
