Reliable service in cooperation with our partner Kolimisrõõm OÜ

ID HOME works with the professional logistics company Kolimisrõõm OÜ to ensure fast and safe delivery of the furniture you’ve ordered.

Kolimisrõõm is our official logistics partner in Tallinn and Harju County. Thanks to this partnership, we can offer a high-quality, personalized service you can rely on.

How does the delivery work?

  • In Tallinn and Harju County, furniture is delivered to the door free of charge (except in special cases where extra manpower, a lift, or crane may be needed).
  • To other regions in Estonia, delivery is arranged by agreement and calculated based on the weight and volume of the order. More detailed information is available on the Delivery Info page.
  • For smaller orders, we can use parcel machines. We cooperate with Omniva and Itella — in such cases, delivery may be free throughout Estonia.

When is the delivery made?

After your order is confirmed, we will contact you to agree on the delivery date and time. Deliveries are made on business days, typically within 1–2 days after the goods arrive at our warehouse in Tallinn (Punane 42, warehouse 23).

Do we bring the furniture inside?

By default, delivery is made to the door, meaning to the entrance of the building or private home. If you need the furniture carried inside, to an apartment or upper floor, this can be arranged for an extra fee. Please contact us in advance to get a quote and schedule the service.
