We agree on the time and date in advance. If you let us know which items you are considering, we’ll bring relevant catalogs and fabric or finish samples for you to review on site.

During the visit, our consultant will:

Please note: if your order requires precise measurements (e.g., built-in elements, niches, non-standard layouts), we offer a separate professional measuring service.

• provide a quote and, if needed, visuals or concept suggestions
• continue the conversation via phone or email, or schedule a follow-up meeting
