According to ยง 56 of the Law of Obligations Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded via the online store within 14 days from receiving the product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order according to the Clientโs preferences (e.g., size, material, color, etc.).
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All parts, instructions, and accessories must be included.
- If the product was delivered on a pallet, it must be returned with the pallet.
- The product must be returned to the Seller within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice.
- The Client is responsible for direct return-related costs.
Submitting a Return Request
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@idhome.ee including:
- the name of the product being returned or ordered,
- order number and date,
- date of receipt,
- clientโs full name,
- contact details (phone, email),
- product photos (if available),
- bank account number for the refund.
The refund will be issued within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice, provided the product has been returned or proof of return has been submitted.
Defective or Transport-Damaged Goods
If the client receives a product that does not conform to the agreement (e.g., defective or damaged during transport), they have the right to submit a claim within two years from delivery.
For the first six months, the burden of proof lies with the seller, afterward with the client.
In case of transport damage:
- take photos of the packaging and damaged product before opening,
- submit a claim within 3 days of receiving the product,
- retain all packaging materials for assessment purposes.
Product repair or replacement will be arranged as soon as possible. If this is not feasible, the client will receive a full refund, including delivery costs.
