Return policy

According to § 56 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, customers have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded via the online store within 14 days from receiving the goods.
This right does not apply to products made to order based on the customer’s specifications (such as custom size, material, color, etc.).

Conditions for returns

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • All parts, instructions, and accessories must be returned with the product.

  • If the item has been assembled or used, it cannot be returned.

  • The product must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days after submitting the return request.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

How to request a return

To use your right of withdrawal, send an email to info@idhome.ee, including the following details:

  • Name and quantity of the item you wish to return,
  • Order number and date,
  • Date the product was received,
  • Your full name,
  • Contact information (phone and email),
  • Pickup address for the return,
  • Reason for return (optional).

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return request, provided the item has been returned or proof of its return has been submitted.

Damaged or faulty items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during transport, you have the right to file a complaint with us.
The issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. Whenever possible, we will repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, we will issue a full refund, including delivery costs.

In case of transport damage:

  • Take photos of the packaging and damaged item before opening it,
  • Submit the complaint within 3 days of receiving the item,
  • Keep all packaging materials until the issue has been assessed.

We aim to repair or replace the item as soon as possible. If that’s not an option, the full cost of the item and delivery will be refunded to you.
